The off ramp will direct you to go east on Route 58. Continue east bound on 58 for 3 miles. Continue on Rt.58 through a traffic circle and take the next left (after Burger King) onto Ostrander Ave. Travel a 1/4 mile north. Take a right onto Middle Rd. Travel 1 mile on Middle Rd. THCR will be located on the north side of the street. Directions from points East South fork: Take Sunrise-HW to HW-24N (Riverhead/Hampton Bays Exit). Stay on HW-24N for approximately 8 miles. Take a right onto 105. Go 4 miles and take a left onto Route-25 (this road will eventually turn into Route 58). Travel west bound for approximately 1 1/2 miles.
